Honeymoon Suite is a Canadian rock band formed in 1980s in Niagara Falls, Ontario, by lead vocalist Johnnie Dee and guitarist Derry Grehan. The band rose to fame in the mid-1980s for its blend of melodic hard rock and pop hooks. Their name was inspired by their hometown’s reputation as the honeymoon capital of the world. Honeymoon Suite’s self-titled debut album was released in 1984 and featured the hit single "New Girl Now," which became a staple on rock radio and helped establish their presence in the North American rock scene.

Their follow-up album, The Big Prize (1985), produced by Bruce Fairbairn, brought even greater success with tracks like "Feel It Again" and "What Does It Take." These songs earned them chart success in Canada and the U.S., and their music videos received regular airplay on MTV. Known for energetic live performances and a polished sound, they toured with major acts such as Heart and ZZ Top.
